Sanctuary Within Bodywork does not provide mental health services, grief counseling, or coaching. All massage and bodywork experiences stay within the licensed North Carolina massage therapist and bodyworker scope of practice.

Everything discussed during a massage or bodywork session is kept confidential.  I will not confirm or disclose that you are my client, unless I have your permission and the written consent to do so or unless required by a court of law.

Sanctuary Within Bdywork sets rates based on standard prices in WNC and takes into account my experience and specialized training.

Sanctuary Within Bodywork does not accept tips or gratuities. Any donations go into the Touch of Kindness Pay-It-Forward fund and is used to provide free and sliding-scale services for the WNC community while continuing to pay myself at my standard rate.

Sanctuary Within Bodywork requires a credit card on file for every client to help prevent no-shows.

You may cancel your appointment (online or by calling) without charge up to 24 hours before your appointment time. If you do not call to cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance or you do not come to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the standard rate for the appointment with the credit card on file.

Please cancel your appointment if you are sick. If you have a fever, are vomiting, or have family members who are ill and need you at home – please stay at home. There is no charge for sick cancellations if you call in advance. I care about you, my own health, my family, and the health of my other clients.

Getting to appointments on time can be challenging, f you arrive late, your session will be shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments.

I am a licensed healthcare professional and I provide therapeutic, non-sexual services. I require respectful and safe interactions with all clients. Any sexually suggestive behavior will result in stopping the session without a refund, dismissal from being a client, and potential referral to law enforcement.
