Hi! My name is Abigail Griffin.

I’m a licensed massage and bodywork therapist (LMT#16766) and a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher (RYT® 200). I have over 1000 hours of training in massage and over 10 years of experience as a massage therapist. Bodywork has been a healing force during the hardest times of my own life and my hands and heart are humbled to provide bodywork support to communities and individuals during times of great stress, grief, and loss.

I have roots in Western North Carolina, grew up here, and am raising my family here. I love these mountains, our culture, and our people. I’m passionate about bodywork therapies being accessible, affordable, and relatable to those who call these mountains home, as well as our beloved visitors. I provide sliding-scale services, and I rely upon generous donations from clients and community members near and far to keep the work that I do within reach of everyone.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions or to schedule a session. I will be deeply honored to work with you!

~ Abigail
